This entry will probably be flagged by the CIA or FBI.
But I'm watching Gladiator on television right now. The first gladiator scene in Rome just finished, where Maximus rallies all the other gladiators to defeat against insurmountable odds. Right after the battle finishes, you see them cheer for joy.
It makes me ask, what about that rush you get from killing someone? It must be something if people get addicted to it. But no, sound mind and moral has taught us otherwise, at least me otherwise.
It's just interesting to think about.
It's pretty random, but it looks like a storm is coming in sunny Irvine.

I will never be able to erase that look of desperation on his face from my memory.
this is anal and I know it but don't you mean "rallies all the other gladiators to victory"? Because you're rallying towards that objective right?
it's kinda like this article i read in GQ, we can teach our minds to be unafraid, and in that sense embrace killing. Where normal people flee away from bullets and harm, soldier run towards conflict against all natural human instinct.
hm... i thought they were cheering b/c they were still alive.. not necessarily because they were excited that they killed someone.
