Not Quite It.

So this is not really about work. I guess timing passed. What can you do. Well, on some level it is. But not exactly what I wanted to talk about.

So at work I've recently changed teams. Actually, our office in the process of moving. That is why I am Irvine bound. Related to this moving situation, I have moved teams. This means a temporary relocation of my desk. Because of this, I got to clean up the desk before me.

Meaning I hit the payload. In a sense. I found a copy of Microsoft Office for Mac. Right, not that great. We can always pirate that stuff. But still, it's nice to find something. I also found an extra power cable that I can use for my laptop.

The most exciting thing is I found a mini dvi to vga converter. Yes, this means I can now run dual monitors. Too bad the only other monitors I have are crt's. Maybe it's time to invest in an additional monitor. I was actually thinking of getting a lcd tv and using that as an additional monitor when I move. But we'll have to see. All that stuff costs money.

On a deeper level, I'm constantly amazed by Moon. She had no idea, but I was pretty frustrated by our stupid kpi tool today at work. But then she comes and brings me hot chocolate.
