Speeding.

So Friday my company had an offsite. We were super creative and went to the beach. In addition to getting sun burnt, I was also thrown in the ocean. Salt water never tasted so salty. But the water was totally bearable. It was actually kind of nice considering it was hot out. It's the sand that kills you. Sand gets everywhere. In the aftermath, I found sand at the bottom of my pockets. After getting home, which by then I was mostly dry, I found sand in between my boxers and my butt cheeks.

Yes, I just did that to you. I gave you a visual of my butt cheeks. Needless to say, sand sucks.

Then it was off to send my love away for a week. For the most part, I tried to remain cheery. Smiled a lot and waved a lot. But afterwards it hit me. Even if I wanted to, I wouldn't be able to see her. That realization bummed me out quite a bit.

Luckily some friends took me in and we ended up playing videogames for a while.

Saturday I managed to keep myself busy. I went gokarting. That was a lot of fun, but pretty hardcore. Running the track for just twenty minutes was quite exhausting. But it was neat. We got to put on jump suits and helmets and everything. It's pretty exhilerating.

Afterwards grabbed some grub at BJ's then called it a day.

Sunday was filled with its high and lows. First off, the NBA game turned out to be quite the game. I don't think I've seen such and exciting game in a while. Hats off to Mr. Wade for showing what potential he has to be a legend. I'm not one to throw this around lightly, but he may reach Jordan status in his career.

On top of that, I also won some money playing poker. Lots of lucky hands. One lucky hand where I lost, but didn't go bust. I mean, king high flush versus ace high flush.

The downer was that I got a speeding ticket in the morning. We'll see how that plays out.
