It's Been A While.

So it's been a long while since I last updated. Here I go.

Actually, I've been thinking about moving my blog to Facebook notes. But then, there separation between life and work gets even more blurred since a lot of my coworkers are on my Facebook. I would also feel the need to censor myself perhaps. Although having that almost built in rss feed is kind of nice.

So recently work has been crappy. I mean, there are always times like this. But this I even busted out and started dusting off that old resume. It's time to start looking I think. It's also time to really consider what I want to do for the rest of my life perhaps. For the longest time, this job was kind of an excuse for me not to grow up.

As for today, it was one of those days where you have a whole bunch of work, but just not the motivation. You try, but just can't get in the groove. By the end of the day, you just feel like you wasted it and feel further worse, perhaps.

I mean, just because a situation sucks doesn't mean you leave right? I think I had a similar argument, at least on the conceptual level, a while back. It was totally unrelated I think, but for some reason in my mind it uses similar logic. But, there are other not mentioned reasons to stay. I mean, who wouldn't want to work at a game company right? I guess I just think my situation needs to evaluated from a wide variety of angles.

In other news, I've been thinking about this concept of in laws. No, I don't have any in laws. But I realize I naturally have this affinity to like potential in laws or something. It just got me thinking about where I've been and what I've done.

Recently I've talked to two of my friends about their relationship situations. The one thing I've come to realize is people are different. Relationships are a lot of work. It's hard getting two people go come together on that kind of level.
