Growing Up.

What is growing up? It's got to be more than just growing older right? Getting fatter? Maybe that's only my case. Does growing up necessitate getting wiser?

So sometimes I read other people's blogs. Less that you'd expect, but I do. I was reading my sisters blog about her graduating class, and it really got me thinking. My little sister is not little anymore.

When did she become this woman who thinks so critically about life? Someone who has her own ambitious goals for her life, and the guts to go chase after them? I have to say, when I take a step back I am quite proud of her.

I remember one of the biggest changes I experienced regarding my family was not having Thanksgiving dinner with them. I know, it seems trivial for all you kids that went to school far away from home. I see some other changes coming in the pipeline, and I guess it's all part of growing up.
