Emotional Turtle.

Do turtles get emotional? You hear of dogs and cats drying, but what about our little friend the turtle? My turtle gets scared and anxious, but does she ever feel sad?

I may end up having to part with her. Will she miss me?

I keep coming back to the concept that what you feel only matters to you. It's your actions effecting the people you say you love that really counts. When push comes to shove, can you man up and take one for the people you claim to love?

The next statement might cause some controversy, but it's not something I intend. But why do we say man up and not woman up? Past experience dictates that it's because it can't happen, but that is obviously wrong.

Everyone is different, and you can judge a demographic based on one sample. But sometimes, stereotypes seem to ring true.

My mother asked me if I had negative feelings towards the female gender yesterday. It was humorous. I don't believe I do, but it's easy to see the train of logic that could justify me to. She told me a story about a man who turned into a serial killer because of his hatred for the female gender.

But it's not me. I truly believe you cannot judge a demographic based on one experience. Grace, say something witty.

i don't know why it's called man up, but the funny thing is even men have a hard time "man-ing up"....

And if i was a gay man, would "man up" mean something entirely different? lol...
