Lush Is Contagious.

So I'm been slowly watching Grey's Anatomy. One episode at a time, it's taking a while. I think it was the second episode ever, but there is this narration about lines. Lines needed to divide work life from personal life.

Did you know the Great Wall of China is not a complete wall?

And how are these two thoughts related? I think some lines need to be set, but sometimes it becomes sparse and turns into a dotted line. I have many examples. But I think it's better not to get too specific. Let me just ask a question.

Work is a huge part of life, there is no denying that fact. But home and personal is equally important. I saw it in myself and also some coworkers. If things are not right at home, the focus is not there at work. So, how can I be sure people that work for me are focused on the task at hand? It seems I need to take at least some interest in their lives outside work. Shutting out those personal factors, ignoring them as if they are irrelevant is bad business.

In this sense, I really appreciate the bosses I've had while working here.
