Shining Bright.

I'll let you in on a secret. My titles have very little relavence to the topic of the entry. That being said, I went fishing yesterday, and I got two small trout. Mind you, when I say fishing I mean fishing for dummies. We went to check out this fish farm, to see if it would be a good ideal for future outings. It takes almost no skill to catch fish there. Definately one of those confidence booster situations or something.

Later on, Katherine and I went bowling with Ben and some kids from his church. Literally some kids. Most of them were in high school. It was still fun. I managed to bowl two of my best games ever. I even got a turkey. What are the odds of that.

And on the way out, I ran into some old youth group kids, no longer in youth group. Actually finishing up college kids now. It was nice running into everyone like that. It's too bad I could stick around and talk longer. Sometimes it's weird running into people that you haven't talked to in over two years. I ran into someone else at Safeway the other day too. It's funny, I almost never run into people I know. But when I do, I run into them one after another.

Can you believe it's August? This months looks to be a lot of fun. I think I will end up having a more concrete plan and direction for my life. On top of that, I'm going to see Coldplay. And the event formerly known as Mazda Rev It Up is coming back to the Bay Area. What a month of stuff to look forward to. It's quite exciting.

I also found myself an electric guitar. It only have works, and I'm using my stereo as an amp. With some help, I got all the strings set and tuned so now I can work on my dream to become a rock star. Maybe then Katherine will stop saying I'm ugly.
