Live Updating.

I noticed that I have been updating more now. I guess I have much time on my hands.

But I just thought of a great idea. If only I could somehow use it to get a job at blogger. I have some Symantec anti virus program. It notifies me when I'm out of date in my virus definitions. There is a window that pops up during start up.

Windows XP has had this same type of feature for a while now. When you are connected to the internet, it will tell you if there are updates available. I notice it is the new trend these days. This live updating.

Why not have live updating for Blogging? It would make it easier for people to blog. It could be like AIM's little window that pops up when someone signs on. You could set it up to ask for updates every few days if you want. A little window would pop up if you haven't updated for a certain specified period of time. It would be comparable in size tothe AIM notices, obviously a little bigger but nothing that takes up more than a sixteenth of your screen. It only needs ot have space for title and entry. That is all you really need in that situation.

One add on idea is a Blogger try icon. If you want to quickly update, just click the icon on the bottom. It can be set up to automatically sign in for you. This saves the troule of opening a browser window, going to the main site, and signing in.

Maybe they already have it, but if not I call dibs on the idea.
